FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Q.    I live in a State other than Maryland. Can you represent me in my State?

    A.    Like most lawyers, I am licensed only in the State I live, therefore I cannot represent anyone outside the State of Maryland.

    Q.     Your offices are in Baltimore County and Harford County, will you represent someone on the Eastern Shore?

    A.    Yes, I will represent a client in any part of Maryland.

    Q.    I am having a dispute with my neighbor. I cannot afford to hire a lawyer and go to Court. Is there any help available?

    A.    Most Counties have a Mediation Program. The mediator brings the parties together and guides them through a communication process that hopefully allows the parties to resolve their problem. The mediator does not decide who is right or wrong, or offer legal advice.

    Q.    I am not sure how to begin a separation from my spouse.  Where can I go for guidance.

    A.    Contact my office, 410-828-9363, for a free 1/2 hour legal consultation.  I will explain to you the Maryland Law on separation and divorce, as well as the pros and cons of various courses of action. This will then allow you to make an intelligent decision.
